OBERTOR comes from an old Alsatian word — the upper gate. It's a name that carries a family story: a place in Alsace, a person no longer here, and the bird that always finds its way back. We brought that here. At 53 Fryers Street, we cook the way people cook for each other — with care, without rush, and always with something good in the glass.
